The Partnership has worked with communities across the state in a variety of roles – program administration, development, consulting, and more. In recent years, the Partnership worked with the Village of Mount Horeb and the Mount Horeb Area Economic Development Corporation to complete a Housing Study and determine the housing needs in the community for residents and employers. The Partnership utilized community input, census data, and employer surveys to complete the report, which was released in 2013 and updated in 2017. As a result, the Village was able to clearly identify and communicate their housing needs to the community and developers, and they have already seen new development project comes forward to address that need.
