Over the past 30 years, the Partnership has brought affordable, safe, homes to thousands of families.
We are proud to have:

created, managed or consulted on 12 financing programs to provide over $300 million to develop, rehabilitate and make energy conservation improvements in 7,700 homes
helped more than 10,000 low and moderate-income Wisconsin home buyers with down payment assistance and counseling, totaling over $55 million
advocated for legislation to make more than $65 million in state funds available for affordable housing in Wisconsin

We promote home ownership

The City of Madison provides funds to WPHD to purchase a vacant home, rehabilitate and sell the home to low-income households living and working in Madison.

We improve neighborhoods

In 2011, WPHD joined with the City of Janesville to work on revitalization of two neighborhoods in downtown Janesville, Wisconsin, Look West and the 4th Ward.

We help nonprofits develop housing

In 2012, WPHD was approached by a group including several nonprofits, the school board and elected officials in Wisconsin Dells.

We help communities

WPHD staff has been working with the Oshkosh Housing Work Group to develop a community plan for the development of affordable housing.
